Booking & Payment (Land only)
Booking
- Booking will takes at least 24 hours for confirmation and once confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of USD 100.00 nett per person will be collected from customer(s).
- Booking is subject to room, guide and transportation availability.
- Booking less than 14 days prior to arrival will consider as guarantee and full payment should me made immediately.

Rates
- All rates quoted in USD and subject to world currency exchange.
- Rates shown in this website is valid for round year and subject to change without prior notice.
Tour Itineraries
- Our tour itineraries are accurate, according to schedule/tour. However, the tour itineraries are subject to changes in accordance to a local requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
Restaurant
- Restaurant stated in our tour itinerary is confirmed unless for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, and Interworld Travel Service reserve the right to change the restaurant immediately.
Meal Request
- Any special requirements will be made on REQUEST basis only and we cannot guarantee nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers’ special meal requests are not met.
Cancellation
- Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Interworld Travel Service at least 30days prior to arrival. **Cancellation charge applies, please refer to cancellation fee table**
Cancellation Fee
The following is cancellation fee charges will apply when notice of cancellation is received/given after the booking is confirmed: -
| 30 days or more prior to arrival | USD 100 per person are non refundable. |
| 29 days – 21 days prior to arrival | 50% of tour price per person |
| 20 days – 14 days prior to arrival | 70% of tour price per person |
| 13 days to day of departure / no show | 100% of tour price person |
Tour Cancellation
- Inteworld Travel Service Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any tour departure in accordance to with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds
- Only applicable for certain cases. Deposit is non refundable, and tour price will subject to tour cancellation fee charge.
- Personal Travel Insurance & Baggage Insurance Cover
- We are highly recommends our customer/passenger to obtain the personal travel insurance and baggage insurance prior to arrival.
- Booking Changes
- A fee of USD 10 (admin fee) per person will be charged for any revision, alteration or change made to confirm booking UNLESS the change is increases the value of the booking would be voided.
- No charge to an earlier tour departure BUT room, vehicle, restaurant and tour guide is subject to space or availability EXCEPT for high season surcharges by hotelier and guide will be charge accordingly.
